today was my first day at hire quest....and it was a great day! i was a little nervous as i was getting ready this morning, but once i got to work i was fine. i got the normal "new employee" paperwork completed and then i started learning some of my new daily tasks. before i knew it lunch time rolled around and then the end of the day was just around the corner! everyone was very nice and welcoming, and i think this is going to be a great company to work for as well as a great opportunity!
after work, liza and i met for dinner at our favorite restaurant - kickin' chicken! we kind of celebrated cinco de mayo....i had a corona light! :) jon is working out of town and won't be home tonight, so it was nice to hang out with liza after my first day!
now i'm settled in watching deadliest catch...i love that show...and hoping for another good day tomorrow! xoxo
